Cancellation Policy

Services (Bookings)

✓ Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before scheduled service time for a full refund

○ Partial Refund: Cancellations within 12-24 hours: 50% refund

✗ No Refund: Cancellations less than 12 hours before service or after service has started

Products (Shopping)

✓ Cancellation Allowed: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped

✗ Cannot Cancel: Once order is shipped or out for delivery

✗ Non-Cancellable: Perishable items (cleaning products with limited shelf life)

Important Notes

  • • Subscription services cannot be cancelled mid-cycle
  • • Emergency/same-day services are non-refundable once confirmed
  • • Special offers and discounted services may have different cancellation terms

Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund

  • Cancelled Bookings: Within allowed cancellation window
  • Service Not Provided: If service professional doesn't show up
  • Damaged/Defective Products: Reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof
  • Wrong Product Delivered: Different item than ordered
  • Payment Issues: Duplicate charges or technical errors

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Service completed as per booking specifications
  • Product used or packaging damaged
  • Cancellation outside allowed time window
  • Customer unavailable at scheduled time

Refund Processing Timeline

Approval: Refund requests are reviewed within 24-48 hours

Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days

Credit: Refund will appear in your original payment method within 5-7 business days

How to Request Cancellation or Refund

Visit Your Orders

Go to Profile → My Orders/Bookings and select the order you want to cancel

Click Cancel/Refund

Click the "Cancel Order" or "Request Refund" button and select a reason

Track Status

You'll receive email and in-app notifications about your refund status
